In what format will I receive my best practice?
All GC Best Practices are formatted as Microsoft Word files. This provides you the flexibility to customize any of the documents to meet your needs.

What are my payment options?
Your payment options include credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. You will be prompted for the required information during the checkout process. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

You may also use your existing PayPal account to checkout from “The Store.” For more information, contact GC Best Practices at info@gcbestpractices.com.


How do I create an account?
Within “The Store,” click the "Get an Account” link in the Account Options section. Then follow the prompts to complete setting up your new account. Your information is secure and private to our organization. When you return to “The Store,” login to your account by providing your username and password.

How do I download my best practices?
Immediately following your approved purchase, your selected documents are available for download. While logged in to your account, click on the “Downloads” link in the Account Options section. This will take you to the Downloads area where your recently purchased documents are available to download. Simply click on the “DOC” link to begin the download. You will be asked where you’d like to save the document, or if you prefer, to immediately open the document.

Note -

  1. YOUR FILES ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FOR 48 HOURS FOLLOWING YOUR PURCHASE. THEREAFTER THEY WILL NOT APPEAR IN YOUR DOWNLOAD AREA.
  2. YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES.

What are your privacy and security procedures regarding my information?
We have in place a number of security measures to ensure the safety and security of your personal information. When you enter information on this site, you do so behind secured networks. Your information remains there and is only accessible by GCBP officials who have high security access rights. GCBP officials are required to keep all information secure and confidential. In managing all information, we utilize a secure server and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
