The incumbent is responsible for leading and managing assigned human resources functions. Develops and implements programs and activities facilitating employment, orientation, wage and salary administration, benefit administration, performance appraisal, personnel administration, and compliance efforts. Assists in the safety function for the company. Coordinates with appropriate Operations leadership for administration of field personnel.
