Subcontract Agreement

A Subcontract Agreement represents the entire agreement between the company and the subcontractor, and supersedes any and all prior proposals, negotiations, discussions, or representations, either written or oral. The intent is to formally document discussions, negotiations, and understandings between the company and the subcontractor, confirming agreement on each others’ rights and obligations (such as scope of work, time, and money) with respect to the construction of a portion of a project.
